We are pleased to announce that Katie Bentley and Jakub Grzelak from the Francis Crick Institute will be the first visitors to join us at the Collaboratorium.

They will work in tandem with the Haase lab with the aim to develop a multiscale mechanistic model to tune vascular network topology in vitro. Tina and Katie’s long-term vision is to establish the first “digital twin” multiscale agent based model, based on their well-validated ABM angiogenesis simulations [1] [2], directly calibrated and validated to the Haase labs established in vitro vasculogenesis models [3] [4] [5].
