I study how ecological interactions shape bacterial population dynamics, focusing on antibiotic resistance evolution and microbiome dynamics. My research explores how bacteria interact with each other—intra- and inter-species—and their environment to drive population-level changes. I use mathematical and computational approaches to uncover the mechanisms underlying these complex microbial systems.
