Why are individuals different?I address this question using a quantitative systematic approach: I collect, integrate and analyze large-scale -omics especially transcriptomic data, including at single-individual and single-cell resolution using and developing novel experimental and machine learning methods to infer phenotypic variation, its genetic and non-genetic sources and relative cellular and molecular mechanisms, and to make quantitative predictions.
